    Merge pull request #13 from Freifunk-Potsdam/testing
    
    - Improved build scripts
    - Fix 5GHz WiFi on Comfast EW-72
    - Basic README
    - Domain names for subdivisions (makes it easier in the future, if we need more domains)
    - Remove USB support on most images and enable it only on devices with enough flash (this fixes issues on devices with less flash, where configurations could not be saved)

    Revise image customization: no default USB
    
    Do not add USB packages per default to reduce image size. On devices
    with only 8 MB flash, a to big image led to the inability to save
    settings.
    
    Only add USB packages on devices with enough flash/NAND (+16M) and an
    USB port. On supported devices only usb-net packages (USB NIC/Modems)
    are added.
    Storage and serial is excluded and only added on Raspberry Pi, NanoPi,
    Panana Pi, x86 and x86-64 targets.

    refactored build process
    
    - creating site config tag before building
    - showing warnings instead of refusing to build if site config branch is
      not main or is changed
    - showing gluon version tag before build
    - waiting for confirmation before build starts
